The Rapides Fair Association held it's annual Queen's Contest on Saturday, October 2, 2010.  There were 11 contestants present.  The 2010 Rapides Parish Fair Queen is Sarah Cook.  (We would like to thank John Rougeou for photographing the Queen's Contest)
